We're excited to present you with diverse shipping and delivery choices. Orders shipping to Morocco enjoy complimentary delivery, while European orders incur a standard shipping fee with delivery times subject to variation.
International customers can avail themselves of shipping options to both Morocco and Europe, with free delivery to Morocco and standard fees for European destinations.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to specific regulations, restrictions, and additional taxes and duties, for which you're accountable to comply with and cover according to your country of residence's laws.
In the event of any delay in delivery for any reason, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
To request a return and refund of an item(s), please follow these steps:
Email maria@mariamolina.net with your order number + " RETURN " as the subject line.
Specify in the email the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will email you with the address to send the items back to us. Please ensure that the items are perfectly packed and returned in their original packaging.
We gladly accept returns for unused items within 30 days of the purchase date and offer refunds or exchange items. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any final sale items or items purchased through our first pre-sale or a special sale. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us.
